Copy a scenario so you can evaluate different planning and resourcing options. When you copy a scenario the plan items are copied into the new scenario.
To copy a scenario:
- Click the scenario selector.
- Select manage scenarios.
- Click copy next to the scenario you want to copy.
- Enter the scenario name and optionally select copy adjustments if you want to copy resource capacity adjustments from the base scenario into the new scenario.
- Select copy budgets & costs to copy any budgets and costs from the base scenario into the new scenario.
- Select copy completed work to copy completed work.
- Then select create.
