The resource plan has a master scenario which is normally the currently agreed portfolio of projects you are working on. The master scenario cannot be deleted. Nominating a scenario as a master scenario has no effect on scheduling or utilization reporting.
Note: This article refers to projects. Depending on your configuration, you may see alternate terminology used in your environment.
You can nominate another scenario as the new master scenario:
- Click the scenario selector.
- Select manage scenarios.
- Select set master against the scenario you want to make the master.
The previous master scenario will no longer be the master scenario and can be deleted if required.
A private scenario cannot be made the master scenario.
