Locate the role or resource you want to view the details for and ensure the adjustments row is visible.
If the adjustments row is not visible, select show capacity adjustments.
Expand the adjustments row by clicking the expand icon.
The current capacity and the adjusted capacity rows are then displayed. You can then enter capacity adjustments.
- Current capacity - the standard capacity within the role excluding adjustments.
- Adjustments - the adjustments entered per period.
- Adjusted capacity - the standard capacity including adjustments.
Showing more detail
If less detail is currently selected as the view preference, only periods with adjustments will show current capacity or adjusted capacity values.
Select more detail to see all capacity and adjusted capacity values.
