Portfolio filters control the scope of the projects included in the portfolio. Project custom fields can be used in portfolio filters.
Note: This article refers to projects. Depending on your configuration, you may see alternate terminology used in your environment.
Select manage portfolios.
Select edit portfolio next to the portfolio you want to update.
Check use project detail criteria to include filter criteria using project lookup values such as stage, approval status etc.
You can also force Kelloo to include projects in the portfolio that do not meet the filter criteria by manually selecting the projects to include.
Any project level custom fields you define will be available as filters.
How filter criteria are applied
To understand how filter criteria are applied let us look at the example below.
The CRM Project and Kelloo Release will always be included (even if they do not meet the advanced criteria).
In addition any projects that have a project status of in trouble AND a priority of high OR medium will be included.
