When you select a portfolio your project data in the top section of the planner will be filtered to only include the projects that match the portfolio filter.
Note: This article refers to projects. Depending on your configuration, you may see alternate terminology used in your environment.
However, the allocation data and warning shown in the schedule area will still be based on all projects and not just the projects in the selected portfolio.
Therefore utilization data and allocations warnings will still take into account allocations to projects not in the currently selected portfolio. It is important that Kelloo does this to provide a true picture of resource status.
