Here are the different ways you can copy work. Contrast this to the duplicate project option.
Note: This article refers to projects. Depending on your configuration, you may see alternate terminology used in your environment.
Edit a segment and select copy.
Click the name in the left grid.
Then use the copy option.
Copy project or project group work
In project view, select the menu then select copy work. This will copy all the work in the project.
In priority view, select the menu then select copy work. This will copy all work in the project group.
