Here is how to filter the planner to show selected projects.
Note: This article refers to projects. Depending on your configuration, you may see alternate terminology used in your environment.
Select filter.
Select the projects you want to include in the filter then select apply.
If a portfolio filter is also set, this will pre-filter the projects listed in the project tab.
When you filter the planner, the project data in the top section of the planner will be filtered to only include the projects that match the project filter. However, the allocation data and warnings shown in the schedule area will still be based on all projects and not just the projects in the selected filter. Therefore utilization data and allocations warnings will still take into account allocations to projects not in the currently selected filter. Kelloo must do this to provide a true picture of resource status. |
