Making a scenario private or public Print

If a scenario is private then only the user who created the scenario can work with the scenario. If a scenario is public then any user can work with the scenario.

To make a scenario private or public.

Click the scenario selector.

Select manage scenarios.

Select make public or make private against the scenario.

The master scenario cannot be made private. A private scenario cannot be made the master scenario.
