Use the utilization summary to view a summary of utilization, availability and allocations.


Note: This article refers to projects. Depending on your configuration, you may see alternate terminology used in your environment.


Current month allocation data will include all allocation data for the month (complete and remaining). 

Current month capacity data will include all capacity for the month. 


Any allocations that are not assigned to a role, resource or project are not included.


Allocations for excluded projects or work below the cut off line is not included in the allocations or utilization calculation.





Select the resources, roles, teams or projects tab to choose which data you want to view.





Use the filters to control the scope of data displayed.




Set the summarize dates to summarize the data across a date range.




On the projects view, select configure to configure the columns to be displayed.
