Here is a roundup of the new features in the March 2023 release of Kelloo.

Improved filter

You can now create and save advanced filters based on project level data lookups such as manager, stage, approval state etc.

Import projects

Visit the projects and backlog option and select import to import your projects

Spreadsheet templates in Excel and Google Sheets help you get your data all nice and neat and ready for import.

Zoom planner

To help you step back and look at the bigger picture you can now zoom the planner out even further.

Hide excluded projects

Excluding projects provides an easy way to model things like tentative projects or to see the impact of holding or cancelling a project. Excluded projects do not have their data included in planning or utilization calculations.

In the latest release, you can now toggle to hide excluded projects so they are not visible in the planner.

Filter projects in the what if page

You can now add project level fields to the what if page and use them to filter the projects listed.

Delete project and history

Previously projects with completed work or allocations could not be deleted. A new feature allows these to be deleted with an accompanying warning.
