Child and parent relationships
You can now create parent and child relationships. Example use cases are as follows:
- Create work types of epic and feature then edit a feature and select an epic as its parent.
- Create work types of parent task and sub task then edit a task and select a parent.
When creating work types that will be used as parents, ensure you check allow children.
Use the children and parent links in edit work to set the relationships.
Schedules
The concept of schedules have been introduced. These represent a layer that conceptually sits below projects and above work items.

-- Work item(s)
You can customize the names used for schedules.
Use cases for schedules could be as follows. Define your schedule layer to represent releases if your are planning an agile product. Or your schedule layer could represent a phase in a traditionally planned project.
Edit the work item to set the schedule.
Customize terminology
Prior to this release, all work was associated with a project.
However, some customers manage things like products, initiatives or service engagements and the terminology in Kelloo can now reflect this.
