Select a phase / release, milestone or note to edit the name, shift the date or length and set the color.
Phases / releases have a % complete setting. Set the % complete to manual to manually report the % complete or auto to have Kelloo calculate the % complete for you. In which case, the phase / release % complete is derived from the automatic % complete calculated for the work in the phase / release.
Use the align with work option to automatically align the phase / release dates with the dates of the work in the phase.
