If you have resources with multiple roles, there are a couple of different ways to model this in Kelloo.
Use an alternate role
In this example, Lisa Williams is a business analyst but is assigned to work on the project as a project manager.
The work is created and the alternate role of project manager is selected.
As the work has been assigned to Lisa who is a business analyst, the capacity of the business analyst role and Lisa will be reduced to take account of the allocation.
In work and allocation reports, the work will be reported against the alternate role of project manager.
Create the resource twice
Another option is to create the resource twice, once in each role. When you do this you can specify what percentage of their working time is allocated to each role.
