Here are the steps to set up SSO for Google Workspace. The exact steps may be slightly different in your environment, but should broadly follow the steps outlined below.

In Kelloo:

  • Select set up from the top menu.

  • Select SSO ID providers from the integrations menu.

  • Select Add ID provider.

  • Enter a provider name and select save.

  • This will populate the Kelloo entity ID, Kelloo SSO login and Kelloo SSO consumer values. These will be required when creating the application in your SSO provider.

  • In Google Workspace go to your admin console and log in as a Google Workspace administrator.

  • From the admin menu expand the apps section and select web and mobile apps.

  • Select add app and select add custom SAML app.

  • Enter an application name and continue.

  • Copy the SSO URL and paste it into the ID Provider Login URL in the Kelloo SSO Provider created earlier.
  • Copy the certificate text and paste it into the X.509 Certificate in the Kelloo SSO Provider created earlier.

  • Copy the Kelloo SSO Consumer from the Kelloo SSO Provider and paste it into the ACS URL

  • Copy the Kelloo entity ID and paste it into the entity ID field.

  • Set the name ID to basic Information > primary email and select continue.

  • When the application page is displayed set the user access as required.

  • In Kelloo set up users to use the SSO Provider you have set up for Google.

  • You can now use the single sign on for Kelloo either by using the Kelloo App icon in Your Apps when logged into Google Workspace, or by clicking the Login with SSO option on the Kelloo login page where you can enter your email address to be validated by Google Workspace.
