If you wish to cancel your Kelloo subscription, you must do this before your next renewal date. We will then process the cancellation on your renewal date and not bill you again. If you do not cancel before your renewal date, we will bill you again on your renewal date.


To cancel your subscription:


  • Click set up in the top level menu then manage subscription


  • Click manage subscription.




  • Click cancel subscription.




Re-activate a subscription


If you wish to re-activate a Kelloo subscription (that you have previously asked us to cancel), you must do this before your next renewal date. Otherwise, we will process the cancellation on the renewal date. If after the renewal date you decide you wish to re-subscribe to Kelloo you can do this by logging in and buying a subscription.


To re-activate your subscription:


  • Click set up then manage subscription


  • Click manage subscription.




  • Click reactivate subscription.
