Your account may be set up as offline payments. This means we send you an invoice and you pay via bank funds transfer or check. 


For accounts set up as offline payments, if you need to change your subscription or plan or cancel your account, we need to do this - so just contact us.


You can also ask us to move you to credit card payments. If you currently pay by credit card, you can also ask us to move you to offline payments. Again, contact us to discuss the options.
