If you need to re-assign all of a resource's work to another resource use the re-assign option in the resources list.

Select the re-assign option against a role to re-assign all the work currently assigned to the role.

Select the re-assign option against a resource to re-assign all the work currently assigned to the resource.

If a role or resource does not have a re-assign option it means they currently have no work assigned to them.
