Kelloo subscriptions are either monthly or annual. To change the billing frequency:
- Click set up in the top level menu then manage subscription.
- Click reduce number of licensed resources or change billing cycle.
- Select the billing cycle you want to move to and click next.
- A summary of the change will be shown, click update subscription to finalize the subscription change.
The subscription change will take effect at your next renewal date.
