Use the update work function to bulk update work days in the planner.
To format data for import you can either download a spreadsheet template (Excel or Google Sheets) or enter the data manually.
Each work item you want to update in Kelloo needs to have a unique External ID defined and referenced in the import.
Edit a work item and select more to enter the external id.
How are work days applied
Assume we are importing 10 days work for a work item.
- If there is one segment present, the segment is updated with 10 days.
- If there are two segments present, both the same length / duration, each segment receives 5 days (the work is split equally across the segments).
- If there are two segments present, one is 1 week and the other 3 weeks, the one week segment will receive 2.5 days and the 3 week segment will receive 7.5 days.
- If there are four segments present, all the same length / duration, each segment receives 2.5 days (the work is split equally across the segments).
- etc..
